Abstract
The article presents a temporal analysis of the professional development of creativity of a scientific and pedagogical worker. The meaning of the concepts «αіων» and «kαιρός», which have their own specifics in the professional development of the teacher's creativity, are specified. Kayros is a «moment of truth», it breaks the linearity of time and determines the jump, and the transitions from the rational process of contemplation, knowledge to the irrational moment «here and now», the liberation of the creativity potential of the person. It has been established that professional development of teacher's creativity can be regarded as a kayrodynamic process of self-improvement, in which «αіων» denotes the life-professional formation of a specialist, and «kαιρός» is a favorable moment that actualizes the creativity potential of the teacher, creates opportunities for its effective self-development. This reveals the temporal nature of the processes of occurrence of information, the emergence of new ideas, a combination of unstable elements, in order to create the original idea. It has been established that the professional development of the scientific and pedagogical worker is a creative, active and qualitative transformation of the personality of the teacher of his own inner world, which leads to a new way of life-professional activity – creativity and artistry self-realization in the profession. The results allow developing a system of scientific and methodological support of continuous professional development and self-development of creativity of a scientific and pedagogical worker in formal, informal and informal education.
