Abstract

Organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective development of professional creativity of a scientific and pedagogical worker are defined and analyzed. It is proved that torganizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of professional creativity of a scientific and pedagogical worker in the advanced training system are focused on the implementation of open education principles and models, the integration of key methodological guidelines, approaches and principles for the formation of a creative and innovative educational space. Effective provision of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of professional creativity of scientific and pedagogical workers in postgraduate education assumes the presence of key elements: the regulatory framework, scientific and methodological support, the socio-psychological environment, digital space. This makes it possible to form a modern professional environment in which joint creative ideas are implemented, effective cooperation, informal communication, the practical orientation of scientific and pedagogical research is enhanced, new forms of scientific and methodological support, counseling, expertise, auditing are emerging.
