Abstract

The basis of the study was the need to determination of the structure innovation activity, associated with creativity of scientific and pedagogical workers. The structure includes such components, as clusters of competence, types of innovations, stages and the ways implementation of innovations. Described are aims, tasks, scientific and pedagogical principles the implementation of innovation activity of scientific and pedagogical workers. Characterized are stages and components of legitimization the innovations and their confession in the scientific and pedagogical community. The named components of innovation activity scientific and pedagogical workers state in close interaction, constituting integral dynamic system, which matches the main content of professional and creativity training scientific and pedagogical workers. It is substantiated that the nature of creativity is inherent in technological, algorithmic, operational components, which involves focusing on the creation of innovations. Such algorithmic mechanisms cannot characterize the phenomenon of artistry, which is more inherent in spontaneity, the ossification and freedom of contemplative actions. Determinate are innovative scientific and pedagogical activity is a purposeful process, which is based on the reflection of scientific and pedagogical experience and focused on the change, improvement, creation of new methods, technologies, author's programs, which are aimed at updating the quality of scientific and pedagogical practice. Such activity in the educational environment not only satisfies the society's demand for innovation and generates creative forms, but also provides self-determination of educational activity, develops the ability of a person to control the transfer of the dominant own creative activity, the ability to actualize its potential creative resources, subjective artistry activity, awareness of the possibilities of professional and life-personal system in an open society.
