Abstract

The use of digital technologies is considered one of the promising areas in education. It is quite difficult to imagine the learning process without the use of digital technologies. Traditional teaching methods can be successfully combined with the use of digital technologies, and distance learning is literally based on the use of cloud-based systems and cloud services. These technologies are especially relevant after October 16, 2020, when the Regulation on distance learning of secondary general education, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of September 8, 2020 № 1115, came into force. recommendations to institutions of general secondary education (ZZSO). Thus, complete general secondary education, or rather its acquisition, is possible by distance learning. Therefore, the relevance of the study of the relationship between digital technologies and technologies of cloud-based systems of open science in education is beyond doubt. Clarification of the terminology of basic concepts, delineation of domestic and foreign scientific achievements in this field will serve as a basis for further research and practical development.
