Abstract
The article reviews and analyzes traditional models of professional development pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers, in the process of which attention is focused on their individual elements that can hypothetically affect the transformation of the professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers in the conditions of open education: gradual personality-oriented and personality-professional development; social partnership in the development of professional competence of future specialists and situational positional model with their further development in the conditions of open education. An organic connection between the peculiarities of the information society and the development of the open one has been revealed education, which led to a change in methods of cognition, which is aimed at holistic perception and awareness of the surrounding reality based on the idea and principles of synergetics; the need to study new types of objects - self-organizing and self-developing systems. The methodological bases of open education are characterized - a systemic approach, which reflects the humanistic orientation of the educational process as the dominant of civilization development of society through the introduction into its model of modern communications, technical means, information technologies, electronic educational resources, etc. The essence of the concept is clarified "Professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers in the conditions open education ". Emphasis is placed on the need to involve the general public professional community - representatives of professional (vocational) education, professional higher education (technical schools and colleges), higher education to expert evaluation of the developed models of professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers in the conditions of open education.
