Abstract

The adopted recommendations state that the work on the implementation of a practice-oriented model of professional training of future skilled workers as close as possible to the needs of the individual and the requirements of national and regional labor markets will be continued on the basis of moral and ethical principles of collective pedagogy A.S. Makarenko; improvement of managerial activity by pedagogical and student's collectives with observance of autonomy and a high level of responsibility for acceptance of administrative decisions.
