Abstract
The article is devoted to further theoretical development of the concept of psychological and pedagogical support for a child with special educational needs as a necessary step to develop scientific and methodological providing psychological and pedagogical support for children with intellectual and complex developmental disorder in their education. The conditions that determine the success of the implementation of the child's support on its individual educational route are analyzed. In view of the today's understanding that management processes in complex hierarchically organized systems are very important, which has recently been actively introduced in the concept of education management, an attempt is made to look at psychological and pedagogical support for children with complex developmental disorders in terms of child psychophysical development and socialization (that is, it means the personality holistic development and the restoration of its productive links with the environment). This is due to the fact that in the case of complex disorders (in contrast to schoolchildren with normative development) it is impossible to reduce the teachers activities to form competencies in children only to develop their educational and cognitive abilities. The author proposed to consider the psychological and pedagogical support of child with complex developmental disorders education as management of biological and social systems in which the child is included, by managing their organization conditions, namely: due to create favorable and optimal conditions for as much as possible harmonious and holistic (physical, mental and moral) child development. Based on this, it is the adult who should promote the self- organization of necessary child’s mental systems and this challenges the teacher and psychologist to be a child development manager, to increase their own activity and independence within communities and to make informed choices educational technologies (among innovative or traditional ones) that are suitable for children with complex learning disabilities and taking into account the principle of their conformity to nature. There are determined the optimal conditions for successful implementation of the competence approach in education of children with complex disorders and the goals of their psychological and pedagogical support that will promote to form child’s integrative qualities and his educational cognitive and social competencies.
