Abstract
The article reveals the problem of individualization of education in general education institutions. The main emphasis is placed on the phenomenon of individualization of children's learning "digital-native", which is characterized by personalization, multitasking, short concentration, ease of communication. The signs of such training are revealed, which provides for the development of an individual educational trajectory; designing an individual educational route; choice of individual pace of learning, forms with elements of augmented reality, interactive ways of communication in a game format, methods of control, reflection. To reveal the essence of individualization of learning as a process of formation and development of personal values of students, their support and protection, providing mechanisms of self-realization, self-development, self-reflection, self-regulation and self-education, creation of optimal conditions for formation of original personal self-image. and public relations. It is determined that solving the problems of individualized learning in the traditional classroom system requires the teacher to study and diagnose all the individual features of student development, in particular, mental, their cognitive and practical independence, individual system of activity. It is stated that the individualization of education in general education institutions will help create favorable conditions for the harmonious development of students, reaching the top of their capabilities and abilities, the ability to effectively perceive reality and self-acceptance, preparation for independent living, socialization and self-actualization.
