Abstract

The urgency of the study of the scientific and terminological apparatus of the problem of development of andragogical competence of pedagogical staff in the field of adult education is due to its lack of certainty and consolidation in the legislative field of Ukraine. Given the above, the task is to formulate, specify and clarify the basic definitions of the outlined problem.
