Abstract

Electronic publication "Analysis of leading domestic and foreign experience on the mechanisms of financial autonomy of higher education institutions": analytical materials (preprint) in two parts prepared based on the results of research "Mechanisms of expanding financial autonomy of higher education institutions of Ukraine" (2018-2020) by the department Economics of Higher Education of the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. The analysis of theoretical bases and methodological bases of economic activity of institutions of higher education of Ukraine and the world is carried out and the leading domestic and foreign experience of financial autonomy of universities on the basis of institutionalism and neo-institutionalism, financial capitalism, allowed to make assumptions that normative-legal regulators of measurement of results of economic activity of ZVO act as the basic mechanisms of limits of economic (including financial) autonomy of ZVO. The publication will be useful for researchers, heads of higher education institutions, officials of central executive bodies, legal entities and individuals interested in expanding the financial autonomy of free economic zones.
