Abstract

The author focuses on the professional self-development of pedagogical staff of postgraduate pedagogical education institutions and believes that the most important in the professional activity of a higher education teacher is andragogical competence, which is the main feature of adult education and the driving force of self-development of postgraduate pedagogical education teacher.
