Abstract
Theoretical and practical principles of socio-professional development of pupils in the conditions of specialized learning are developed in order to evolutionary transition from educational tasks to the development of socio-economic relations with objects of work at the age stage of development of the student's personality. The purpose of the article is to publish the developed part of the system of social and professional development of students, able to solve production problems of different levels, ensuring progress. The essence of solving this problem is characterized by the presence of existing historical improvement as the basis for further search and development of the system of social and professional development, taking into account modern personal and social significance. This requires adjustments in the developments of the past, which concern the creation of conditions for the development and harmonization of the psychological sphere of the individual by means of educational and social influence. The analysis showed that in recent years the socio-professional development of the student is directed toward cognitive (knowledge) training ignoring the operational and technological (active) component of the psychological sphere, which caused the cult of obtaining knowledge without skillful application in practice. The consequence of such organization of preparation for life and work is to reduce the level of competitiveness of students at their stages of development, and therefore to reduce the development of socially significant product of labor, which falls under the declaration of this problem in the dimension of humanitarian security. The proposed development is aimed at establishing the priority of factors aimed at harmonization of the psychological sphere of pupils in the process of formation at age stages and definition of the essence of socio-professional development in personal and social dimensions. It should be noted that the understanding of the essence of the ingredients of the multilevel system of pupil development, in a semantic sense, is based on terms and concepts: personality; work; socialization; maturation; competency; with social and professional development; consciousness, psychological experience; development; growth; educational models and systems; productive forces; teacher; globalization; integration, etc.
