Abstract
Information or post-industrial society can be defined as a social formation, the main driving force of which is the transmission, development and organization of information. First services, and then increasingly knowledge and information become fundamental values of society in general, individual development and social adaptation in particular. The greatest success and productivity is achieved by people and social groups who effectively process, find, disseminate and create knowledge, resulting in a new social trend - continuous education and retraining of individuals, the development of new knowledge, skills and abilities throughout life. Mainly due to constant intellectual development, in particular as a result of education, the adaptability of individuals in information society is achieved, the contexts of which are extremely dynamic and rapidly changing, associated with the need for personal processing of dense information, high productivity of their thinking and activities.
