Abstract

As a result of permanent development of information society there is an increase of conceptual, psychological, politician-economical value of information, processes of it's translation, storage and transformations which become determining for public changes. Such tendency forms the certain models of thought and activity, that provide the transmitters the social productivity and adaptiveness, gradually becoming publicly desired and reference. Value of information and, more concretely, knowledges becomes fundamental by value in information society, in which the processes of cognition of reality subjects are systematizing. As a result production, search and transmission of knowledges become lead by value activity.
