Abstract
The article deals with a person who, with all one’s inner abilities, has chosen the path of spiritual improvement understanding that only appropriate actions and behaviour will signal him or her as a developed individual. It is emphasized that on this spiritual path the individual will certainly face serious obstacles. The author emphasis on internal conflicts, which are embodied in doubts about the need for spiritual self-improvement. Such internal personal contradictions require the formation of a special value-oriented thinking. The educator’s attention is drawn to how to provide the pupils with a so-called caring way of thinking in this regard. It must inhibit the utilitarian and mechanical kind of thinking that often promotes the social environment. The mechanism of transformation of caring thinking into actions of socially significant orientation adequate to it seems to be important. The typology of such actions is accurately given. In such action situations the behaviour of pupils with various degree of spiritual and moral development has been analyzed. It emphasizes not only the group emotional state, which should be methodically properly maintained in a positive direction. The recommendations are given on how to remove hostility in interpersonal relationships of students. This means the appropriate psychological correction of a pupil, which goes beyond the general emotionally attractive boundaries of the group. In this regard, the author offers five psychological and educational procedures that optimize the course of personal relationships of students and their real actions. For the first time, the problem of the relationship between self-attitude and attitude towards others in the inner meaning of the self-image of the pupil is revealed.
