Abstract

The paper clarifies the need to modernize the system of training skilled workers. Factors that negatively and positively affect the system of training workers have been identified. The problem of adaptation of a young worker in professional pedagogy, its manifestation in the growth of labor, social, cognitive activity, the possibility of general and professional growth and the main condition for successful adaptation of a graduate in the workplace are studied. Based on the specifics of the vocational school and the feasibility of accompanying graduates of colleges and technical schools in the adaptation period, a model of organization of experimental work is proposed.
