Abstract
Professional self-development is considered as an effective form of self-educational activity of a teacher in the formation of key competencies of students. In particular, as constant self-determination, development of professional skills, self-design, creation of a certain strategy for growth from the professional point of view of the activity, self-organization and self-government.
