Abstract
The paper deals with the problem of professionals for work with adults – andragoges. The paper presents the characteristic, key functional responsibilities of the andragogue, comparison of the pedagogical and andragogical models of adults teaching. The author reasons for “Andragogy” subject introducing into the study process of higher education institutions of Ukraine.
