Abstract

In the article the author considers self - education of pedagogical workers in normative and legislative acts. On the basis of the conducted analysis of the pedagogical literature and scientific works defines understanding of self-educational activity of masters of industrial training. Proposes a method of self-educational activities to improve the professional competence of masters of industrial training, describes the stages and its components. Outlines the risks and expected results of the implementation of methods of self-educational activities to improve the professional competence of masters of industrial training.
