Abstract

In the article the author considers self-educational activity of masters of industrial training in the context of their continuous professional development and improvement of professional competences, allocates the general directions and forms of self-education of pedagogical workers. Presents the results of the survey of masters of industrial training, generalization and direction of further research work on the development of methods of self-educational activities to improve the professional competence of masters of industrial training in the context of its pedagogical component.
