Abstract
The main aspects of the usage of SMART complexes in the methodical system of modern informational and educational technologies are considered in the article. The analysis of the legal framework concerning the usage of informational technologies in the educational process is conducted, the main characteristics of the informational society are described, and the interaction between education and society is described. The general approaches to the implementation of mechanisms of reforming Ukrainian education are pointed out. It is figured out that education quality depends on the forms and methods that are used while organizing training activities. It is highlighted that the majority of modern methodologies are connected with the usage of digital (informational and educational) technologies. The effectiveness of the implementation of a competence-based approach during future specialists` training is emphasized. The definitions of the notions «digital competency», «informational and educational environment» are given. The essence of the notion «SMART complex» as an interconnected combination of standard, educational and methodical materials, that exist in the informational and educational environment of the educational establishment and are necessary for the effective formation of competencies as a programmed result of acquiring academic subjects, is defined. The individual conception of SMART-education and the structure of the methodical system using SMART complexes are presented. It is proved that the interaction between structural components of the given methodical system occurs in two levels: content-rich and activity-based. General functions of SMART complexes that promote qualitative training of future specialists.
