Abstract

The workshop was prepared as part of the research "Methodological principles of preventing violence in school youth." The workshop for students contains educational tasks for organizing various forms of work in training sessions. It is a part of the educational and methodical set for school youth on prevention and counteraction to violence. The workshop for students aims to develop age-appropriate skills in preventing and combating violence, namely: effective communication, empathy, conflict resolution, combating social pressure, advocacy and protection, self-awareness and self-assessment, problem analysis and decision making, critical thinking, self-control, stress management, motivation for success and tempering. The publication is addressed to students, class teachers, psychologists, social pedagogues of general secondary education, research and teaching staff, graduate students and students of pedagogical higher educational institutions and social work specialists.
