Abstract
The monograph analyzes the generally accepted and innovative approaches to training quality management in vocational (vocational) education, reveals the essence of the concept of competitiveness as a socio-economic phenomenon. The effectiveness of the structural and functional model of quality management of training, the issues of involving business and stakeholders in quality management, innovative views in ensuring the quality of training by bringing the content of state standards of vocational (vocational) education to the requirements of employers; systematic work on increasing the prestige of working professions (introduction of innovative technologies of professional orientation, professional development and career planning); development of elements of dual and mixed learning systems; effective management and control over the training and production process. Effective areas are proposed, such as mentoring, creation of educational clusters, application of hub technologies, digitalization). The mechanisms of quality management of vocational education and training in foreign countries are substantiated, the quality assessment system, the European qualifications framework and the issues of standardization are analyzed. The publication is addressed to scientific and scientific-pedagogical employees of scientific institutions and institutions of higher education, undergraduates, graduate students, doctoral students, students of advanced training courses and employees of institutions of professional (vocational) and professional higher education.
