Abstract

The manual reveals the conceptual principles of modernization of the educational process in out-of-school education institutions, based on the use of personality-oriented, activity, axiological and competence approaches, where the content of education integrates the basic competencies of the individual. The development of the problem is related to bringing the content of out-of-school education in line with modern requirements and defining such organizational forms and methods, didactic tools that contribute to solving problems of education, upbringing, development, socialization of the younger generation in free time in out-of-school education. The methodical manual includes curricula on out-of-school education for different directions and types of out-of-school education institutions. The methodical recommendations which will provide realization of educational programs in educational process of out-of-school educational establishments have practical value. The manual is addressed to pedagogical staff of out-of-school educational institutions (heads of clubs, methodologists), employees of postgraduate pedagogical education institutions, students of postgraduate pedagogical education institutions, teachers of higher education institutions (teachers of pedagogical courses, special courses, etc.), scientists, graduate students, students.
