Abstract

The vast majority of people when mentioning the word "stress" imagine if not a monster that destroys life, then at least something unpleasant that hinders progress. At the same time, according to research, people tend to predict an increase in the effects of stressors in their lives. Accordingly, there is an urgent task of maintaining balance in stressful situations, awareness and control of their own emotional states, ie the development of stress resistance. The materials of the special course will help to expand the repertoire of effective techniques that will increase awareness, sense of control over the situation, self-confidence, ability to withstand complex and ever-changing environmental circumstances, while maintaining a positive attitude to life. The special course will be useful for professionals of any professions related to interaction with other people and high stress.
