Abstract

Based on theoretical and methodological provisions and age-related aspects of profile and professional self-determination, the author substantiates the importance of developing and implementing innovative strategies as a component of vocational guidance technologies. The article presents the results of empirical studies of the features of professional self-determination of modern high school students. An example of a career guidance strategy aimed at reconciling contradictions in the process of professional self-determination is given.
