Abstract

The problem of improving the quality of professional training of qualified specialists in modern conditions is actively discussed by the domestic pedagogical community, primarily in connection with the main problem of higher professional education - the mismatch of quality training of qualified personnel to the needs of the individual, national economy and society. Integration educational process for the implementation of European norms and standards in education and science of Ukraine requires the need to modernize domestic vocational education, creating a model of educational process that would optimally combine the best domestic and foreign traditions. The content of the article is aimed at: substantiation of scientific and methodological bases of quality support of the educational process in institutions of professional (vocational) education on the basis of competency and personalized approaches;coverage of the practice of leading domestic institutions of higher education in the development and implementation in the educational process of professional training of syllables of academic disciplines - personalized teacher programs for training students; involvement of stakeholders - so-called interest groups or influence groups - in the training of qualified specialists. The analysis of perspective experience of activity of domestic institutions of higher (professional) education gives the chance to outline vectors of increase of quality of professional training in modern conditions.
