Abstract

Reforming the public life of Ukraine, in particular the economic and educational spheres, without proper consideration of socio-economic, psychological and other factors creates for graduates of educational institutions prerequisites for uncertainty and uncertainty of future life and professional prospects. Therefore, there is a need to create pedagogical technologies to ensure personal professional and value self-determination of students, especially in the context of the formation of professional and value orientations to work. The purpose of the article is to consider aspects of the formation of professional and value orientations of students to work in the context of creating career guidance pedagogical technology to ensure this process. The implementation of the approaches defined in the article will create a pedagogical technology for the formation of professional and value orientations of students, which will help optimize career guidance activities of educational institutions, create favorable conditions for each subject to consciously define its essence and place in the world. professional self-determination and life self-realization, formation of competence in them in the construction and implementation of individual educational and professional trajectory, in general, preparation for future employment. The scientific novelty of the generalizations given in the article lies in the outlined ways to solve the problem of forming psychological and practical readiness of a growing individual to work, providing conscious and reasonable professional self-determination, the importance of creating a scientific and methodological basis for general modernization of vocational guidance. The materials presented in the article can be used by pedagogical workers, practical psychologists, social pedagogues who carry out professional orientation in educational institutions, students of pedagogical and humanitarian higher educational institutions, students of institutes of advanced training of pedagogical staff.
