Abstract
Outsourcing and outstaffing are actively used in Western countries, both in business and in other spheres of life. In fact, 40 years and all the benefits and risks associated with the provision of outsourcing or outstaffing services in these countries are enshrined in law. But in Ukraine, outsourcing and outstaffing became known for the cob of the 2000s and 20 years of active! Applications have found their "niche" in the field Provision of services, but despite this, their legal regulation is still imperfect.
