Abstract

Continuous professional development of specialists in the knowledge society is a kind of challenge to its information parameters, a response to instability in the field of employment and professions. The introduction of new equipment and digital technologies in the production requires from the teacher a new understanding of professional activity, non-traditional approaches, the ability to learn throughout life through formal, non-formal and informal education. Therefore, there is an objective need to improve the quality of professional training of research and teaching staff, taking into account educational and social challenges, the requirements of the global and domestic labor market and key stakeholders. This task requires the modernization of the content, forms and models of teacher training. Of particular relevance is the issue of academic mobility of research and teaching staff as an opportunity to study, teach, train or conduct research in another institution of higher education in Ukraine or abroad. The article reveals the content, forms, innovative technologies of international internships by scientific and pedagogical staff of the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education SIHE «University of Education Management» of the NAES of Ukraine on the basis of Juraj Dobrila University of Pula (Croatia).
