Abstract

The training manual reveals important age aspects of personality development and professional development of the future skilled worker. The structure of the manual corresponds to the structure of the working curriculum and is part of the information resource for independent work on the content modules 2.1 "Psychological principles of professional activity" and 2.2. "Personality psychology" of the training module 2 "Pedagogical management and psychology of professional activity" The theoretical section of the manual outlines the basic concepts of personality development according to age categories, namely adolescence and adolescence. The issues of consciousness and self-awareness as the basic components of personality development, professional identity are covered, the professional development of the future skilled worker, the structure of professional development and its main components are described: motivation and career building. In the practical part, the author provides guidelines for the use of methods for diagnosing the personality of students and guidelines for the use of corrective exercises and games during educational activities. Samples and additional materials of the described elements are placed in the appendices. According to its structure, the manual has questions for self-control, as well as tests for self-examination and glossary. The manual is addressed to teachers of vocational schools, psychologists. It will be useful for methodologists, heads of vocational schools, as well as staff involved in vocational training in the workplace.
