Abstract

The article focuses on the study of priorities for the formation of spiritual values ​​in future professionals in educational management in vocational education. Training of specialists of a new qualitative level, on the results of whose professional activity depends the quality of formation of the leaders of educational institutions of a conscious attitude to their spiritual life, mastering the basics of spiritual and moral education, life skills of spiritual and value behavior. To do this, educational management professionals, along with spiritual values, need deep theoretical knowledge and practical skills. However, improving the quality and level of knowledge of higher education seekers leads to the fact that future specialists in educational management are formed a mechanical approach to man. As a result, higher education seekers lose understanding of the social significance and spiritual essence of man, and we already consider him as a biological being. A narrow-pragmatic approach, a rationalist attitude to the world is being formed
