Abstract

Transformational changes in modern society pose new challenges to the educational system in terms of the content and forms of extracurricular education. Accordingly, the content of out-of-school education, its regulation and substantiation on modern scientific principles requires improvement. The methodological recommendations included a curriculum for extracurricular education in the field of art and aesthetics and training for adolescents. The practical value is made by methodical recommendations which will provide realization of educational programs in educational process of establishments of out-of-school education for the purpose of effective formation of value orientations at pupils of teenage age. Methodical recommendations are addressed to scientific and practical workers of the education system, pedagogical workers of out-of-school educational institutions, post-graduate students, students.
