Abstract

The normative-legal base regulating the domestic state policy is considered sphere of early childhood and is the legal basis for the implementation of artistic and aesthetic development of children 1-3 years. The Laws of Ukraine, normative documents, educational are analyzed standard, programs for the development, training and education of young children. Dedicated goal, tasks and forms of organization of art education of young children at the present stage education reform in Ukraine.
