Abstract

The concept of implementing state policy in the field of reforming general secondary education considers information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process as a "tool for ensuring success" of the New Ukrainian School. In the context of the adoption of the new Law of Ukraine "On Education" and the beginning of the New Ukrainian School, now the problem of providing training for competent professionals, heads of general secondary education, which require the introduction of distance learning as one of basic institutional forms of education.
