Abstract

The stages of formation of readiness of future skilled workers of motor transport industry to application of innovative production technologies are substantiated: goal-motivational; substantive-procedural; control-reflexive. It is determined that the implementation of the described stages is an important aspect of professional training of such specialists for the modern labor market.
