Abstract

Methodical recommendations are devoted to topical issues of social conflict management. The whole spectrum of managerial influences on social conflict is considered - from step-by-step analysis, diagnostics, forecasting of its consequences to constructive completion and prevention. Modern means of conflict management are presented; the complex of social and psychological methods of optimization of communicative processes is covered. The role of mediation in the settlement of social conflicts is revealed. Practical recommendations for the application of effective behavioral strategies for communicative interaction management are presented. For scientists, teachers, students, practicing psychologists, social workers, managers, as well as public organizations and a wide range of readers interested in this issue.
