Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the essence and content of the concept of conflictological competence in the perspective of the study of the peculiarities of its formation in the head of an educational institution as one of the components of professional and pedagogical competence. Conflict competence is seen as the ability and willingness of the leader to interact effectively during the conflict. The main definitions by organizational and job levels are given.
