Abstract

The paper highlights the issue of remote psychological support of the population during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is due to quarantine and has become the main form of psychological assistance. The traditional form of remote psychological support using an audio channel is the work in the form of helplines, which is widespread in various countries of the world.
