Abstract

The article expresses opinions on the need for a state system of search and support for gifted children and youth. As an example, the creation of the educational and methodical complex "Polissya" in the Zhytomyr region, the organization of which was initiated and implemented by the rector of the Zhytomyr State University named after Ivan Franko (2002-2017) Peter Saukh.
