Abstract
The article deals with the contradiction between real social reality and generally accepted norms as well as requirements which give a public perspective for personality. Consequently, the main stimulus of harmonizing this contradiction should be a scientifically appropriate educational process. It is aimed at a personal value sphere, where different kinds of life situations require the growing personality’s multifaceted behavior, but at the same time highly motivated. The phenomenon of dual dynamics (productive and destructive) in the spiritual and moral movement of a growing personality is emphasized. At this point, the moments of personal growth can be alternated with various factors of degradation or deviations in the person’s general orientation towards valuable peaks, which should be turned into reality. According this multi-vectored approach, it is essential the growing personality’ willingness to objectively self-evaluate his or her spiritual and moral assets. Therefore, the author distinguishes three groups of people: highly spirited, mediocre and primitive. As a result, educators should construct the educational process based on knowledge of alternative ethical concepts as a system of appropriate spiritual and moral tasks. The ways of their successful solution will be teachers’ ability to convince their students. Moreover, speech influence will gain this function if the teacher is able to: encourage their pupils, help them to understand certain ethical content and cause the process of excitement. In addition, the process of identified skills is disclosed.
