Abstract
The textbook covers the features of psychological and pedagogical support and correctional and developmental work with children with intellectual disabilities. Topical issues of organizational and methodological support, implementation of innovative pedagogical technologies and recommendations for their implementation in practice, the results of experimental research on the implementation of labor, sensory education, development of speech, play, social activities. The authors represent innovative adaptive technologies for teaching children with intellectual disabilities. The manual is addressed to specialists of general secondary education institutions, scientists, social workers, teachers and students of higher educational institutions; parents of children with special educational needs, all interested in the problems of modern special pedagogy and psychology.
