Abstract
This article defines that at the current stage of development of the national education system special attention, reform and modernization requires a system of training and retraining of managers and teachers of educational institutions, including in the context of solving problems of implementing quality monitoring mechanisms, defining and complying with relevant organizational pedagogical conditions for monitoring the quality of professional development, in particular in the field of vocational education to maximize the demands and expectations of key stakeholders. The analysis of psychological and pedagogical, sociological literature, the current state of research on the problem of monitoring the quality of professional development in the field of vocational education. The set of organizational and pedagogical conditions for monitoring the quality of professional development of specialists of vocational education is implemented in the following areas: regulatory and legal support, which institutionalizes the monitoring of quality training of specialists in the field of vocational education; formation of a contour for the organization of interaction and relationships of employees who monitor, streamlining the structure of horizontal and vertical connections and relevant information flows in the organizational structure of the educational institution; logistical support of monitoring; creation and development of a single information and communication ecosystem; promoting the development of competencies in conducting monitoring research of managerial and / or own professional activity (as a means of reflective activity) of specialists of vocational education and pedagogical acmeprofessiogenesis. Thus, the creation of these conditions directs the monitoring activities in the educational institution to comply with the quality indicators of professional development of specialists of vocational education by the stated objectives established by law and / or contract for educational services, social requirements and needs of key stakeholders.
