Abstract

The historical aspects of the development of the social partnership system in Ukraine are studied. The list of normative-legal documents aimed at strengthening social partnership in Ukraine is determined. The necessity of formation of new forms of social partnership on the example of developed countries of the world is proved. The tendencies that accompany the development of the human factor in the technological development of countries are generalized. In this context, the main pillars of the development of mutual learning society are the field of vocational education and training. It is established that the regulation of relations of all business entities in the field o f training should be based on their interests. The principles on which social partnership in the conditions of decentralization should be built are defined. Prospects for the formation of social partnership in the field of vocational education are highlighted: analysis of features and assessment of sustainability of development of basic branches of economy; allocation of specific business entities to establish a strategic partnership with vocational education institutions; assessment of educational potential and inventory of existing educational resources; assessment of labor market capacity by key groups of professions, analysis of qualification requirements for these professions; determining the scope and structure of specialists and the level of their qualifications; organization of the educational process in a particular educational institution in accordance with educational and professional standards.
