Abstract

The views of modern scientists on the definitions of «cluster», «cluster mechanism», the relevance of use of cluster potential mechanisms in the administration of 66 education in terms of authority’s decentralization were described in this article. The author’s opinion about form of cluster integration of subjects of education, science and production sphere and their place in government formation, the roles of educational clusters in improving the competitiveness area reveals in the article.
