Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of professional development of primary school teachers in the system of methodological work of institutions of general secondary education. A review of scientific sources to determine the criterions to the professional development of primary school teachers in the system of postgraduate education. Reasonable criterions and indicators of the level of professional development of primary school teachers in the system of methodological work of institutions of secondary education. The following criterions to the professional development of primary school teachers in the system of methodological work of institutions of general secondary education: the criterion for updating professional knowledge on the Concept «New Ukrainian School», the value-semantic criterion, the criterion of mastering digital technologies, the criterion of partnership pedagogy, the activity criterion, the media literacy criterion and the criterion reflexivity. The proposed criterions and indicators of the level of professional development of primary school teachers in the system of methodological work of institutions of general secondary education reflect the main ideas of the Concept "New Ukrainian School" and allow to trace the dynamics of the professional development of primary school teachers in the system of methodological work of institutions of general secondary education. Four levels of professional development of primary school teachers in the system of methodological work of institutions of general secondary education are highlighted: low (primary, reproductive), medium (reproductive, partially-search), sufficient (search, creative), high (innovative). The determined and substantiated criterions and indicators of the level of professional development of primary school teachers in the system of methodological work of institutions of general secondary education will provide the opportunity to create an effective technology for the professional development of primary school teachers in the system of methodological work of institutions of general secondary education.
