Abstract

The abstracts describe changes in approaches to the evaluation of teachers' pedagogical activity. Due to the change in the paradigm of the educational process from traditional learning to master a certain system of knowledge and skills on the principle of "the more, the better" to effective education - the ability to perform actions and solve practical problems based on subject knowledge and skills. The teacher should plan the expected results that students will be able to identify and demonstrate after the lesson, the system of lessons, at the end of the topic, section, cycle of learning.
