Abstract

The author of the article considers measures to ensure high quality education, training and education of the younger generation and the need to develop a National Strategy for Educational Development. The role of general professional competencies is determined in the work, which provide strategies of professional pedagogical activity, reflect the specifics of subject activity and qualification profile of a teacher. The main issues of involving employers to improve the quality of education are highlighted. Options for effective cooperation with employers, administration and graduates of the educational institution in order to receive recommendations and wishes are offered.
