Abstract
The material of the article is devoted to the problem of formation of communicative skills and culture of communication as the basis of development of multilingual speech, sociocultural and linguistic competence in schoolchildren and the foundation for the formation of intercultural communication skills. The formation of these competencies in young citizens of Ukraine contributes to the development of cognitive interests in the linguistic and cultural diversity of the world, respect for languages and cultures of other peoples, development of communication and speech tact, sociability in communicating with people - representatives of other national communities or countries. of our colorful existence. Thus, learning the basic basics of ethics of interpersonal communication in various fields (domestic, social, educational, play, professional) children get acquainted more deeply with the lives of children from other national communities and other cultures. The "Dictionary of Tolerance" consists of a communicative repertoire of oral communication. We have developed the main forms of speech etiquette in Ukrainian and Russian. Accordingly, invariants in the languages of national minorities of Ukraine will be developed. The material of the article is published in parts in four issues of the scientific-methodical journal "Primary School": 2005: № 11. P. 47–49; № 12. S. 34; 2006: № 1. S. 33–34; № 2. S. 50–52.
