Abstract
World experience and successes in the field of science, development of new technologies, production, as well as culture and education indicate the need for a radical restructuring of the training system in the direction of training and formation of a competent specialist, including software technician. In the period of new economic relations, crisis situations, which are observed from time to time in the world economy, it becomes obvious that education should prepare young people for effective work in special new information conditions. Therefore, of course, the role of vocational education is being reconsidered, when the citizens of Ukraine must understand the essence of economic transformations in order to ensure the economic growth of the state and guarantee its development in the future. The economic achievements of the advanced countries of the world are based on state support for the development of entrepreneurship and small business. This experience should be disseminated in Ukraine as well, and the system of training domestic IT specialists and entrepreneurs should be considered as a necessary condition for the economic development of our country in the near future.
